Can I post my returned equipment back via mail or courier?
Yes, you can return the equipment via mail or courier if it’s more convenient for you. Please note that the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Simply send the equipment to the following return address:

Currently, we offer collections from our location in Edinburgh. We do not offer delivery at this time. However, we provide flexible collection times to make it as convenient as possible for you.

Is out-of-hours collection or return available?
Yes, out-of-hours collection and return are available. Please contact us to arrange this. A fee may apply, depending on how early or late the request is.
Can I walk in and collect equipment without organizing in advance?
Yes, you can walk in and collect equipment without prior arrangement. We have many items available, so feel free to come by during our opening hours. We’re open 7 days a week.
What payment types can you accept?
For online bookings, we accept all major credit and debit cards through our booking software, and you can also use Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. If you contact us directly, you can pay via bank transfer or in cash upon collection.
