How do I book and pay for Outdoor Equipment?
You can book and pay for your equipment via our Booking System, we can also take payments via bank transfer, paypal or cash.
What identification do we need to hire your Outdoor Equipment?
No identification is required, however we do hold a deposit depending on the equipment you hire.
Is their a Minimum or Maximum age to hire Outdoor Equipment?
As standard our insurance policy covers drivers between the age of 21 to 79.
Please note – If you are outside this age range you may still be able to drive one of our Campervans. Our insurance provider will review these individually, so please contact us if you fall either side of the above bracket.
Can we travel with the Outdoor Equipment throughout the UK?
Yes, you can travel and explore throughout the UK with your Equipment.
What is Earliest Pick-up or Latest Drop-off?
We try to be as flexible as possible with collection and return times.
We operate 7 days a week between 0900 – 1430.
